Terms of Service for leadmirror

1. Introduction
Welcome to leadmirror, your partner in AI-aided leadership scenarios. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our offerings on leadmirror.digital.
2. Definitions
Services: Customized sessions, workshops and consulting tailored to leadership development with AI enhancement.
Info Products: Digital materials, guides, courses and templates designed to support leadership training and development.
Goods: Physical items such as books, devices, or branded materials related to AI-aided leadership scenarios.
3. User Obligations
Participants must provide accurate information and comply with all applicable rules when engaging with our offerings.
4. Delivery of Offerings
Services are scheduled upon confirmation. Info Products are available for download or streaming. Goods are shipped to the address provided.
5. Pricing and Payment
Fees are presented in the order summary. Payment is due prior to confirmation of Services and dispatch of Goods or digital access to Info Products.
6. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
6.1 Services
Clients may request a refund up to 7 days before a scheduled session. In such cases, fees will be restored via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Alternatively, clients may choose to reschedule a session once at no extra cost if notice is given at least 3 days in advance. Late cancellations are non-refundable to cover preparation costs.
6.2 Info Products
Access to digital materials is granted immediately after purchase. Refund requests are accepted within 7 days if no download or access has occurred. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days. After access or download, all sales are final due to the nature of digital content.
6.3 Goods
Physical items may be shipped back for inspection within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Once we receive and verify the item, a refund will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method. Customers may also request an swap for a different item or credit toward future purchases in place of a refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
leadmirror is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our offerings. Our total liability does not exceed the amount paid for the relevant Service, Info Product or Good.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore.
